Package marked delivered, not received

received a notification that my package was delivered today, but nothing has arrived at my doorstep. I also checked with my neighbors and security, and they don’t have the parcel either. The tracking page only shows ‘Delivered’ without giving any details. Could you please check with the courier partner and confirm where the package was left? I need this order urgently, so any quick help would be appreciated.
