At Nature’s Nest, we understand that sometimes you want something made just for you. Whether it’s a special flavor, unique packaging, or a personalized gift set, our custom order service is here to make your idea come to life.

1. What is a Custom Order?

A custom order is a product made to your specifications. You can request:

  • Unique flavors or ingredient combinations

  • Personalized packaging or labels

  • Gift hampers or themed sets

  • Products tailored for dietary needs (e.g., sugar-free, vegan)

2. How to Place a Custom Order

  • Contact our team with your request

  • Share details such as product type, quantity, customization requirements, and delivery date

  • We’ll discuss options, pricing, and estimated preparation time

  • Once confirmed, payment can be made online or via bank transfer

3. Lead Time for Custom Orders

Because each custom order is handmade, please allow additional preparation time.

  • Small customizations: 5–7 business days

  • Large/bulk custom orders: 2–3 weeks (depending on complexity)

We recommend placing your request well in advance, especially during festival seasons.

4. Pricing

Pricing for custom orders depends on:

  • Ingredients used

  • Level of customization

  • Quantity ordered

We will always provide a clear quote before starting production.

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

  • Minor changes may be possible if requested early—contact us immediately for assistance
