The item is not a custom-made, personalized, or final sale item
Because our products are handcrafted, small natural variations in color, texture, or shape are expected and are not considered defects.

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at support@naturesnest.com within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

A description of the issue or reason for the return
Any relevant details to help us process your request quickly
We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for sending the item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
Please use a reliable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
We do not accept returns without prior approval.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions:

If you prefer, we can offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund
